Miss you, too. This site looks very promising, and Adam is the perfect guy to spread this kind of information. I think it will definitely fill a needed niche. After doing so much medical research and knowing that there are so many places to find information on the internet, I think this is a great idea to mix knowledge and first hand communication with others seeking the same information.

No big answers on the Omega 3's ...haven't done much research there, but I would imagine finding products that combine them with other things may be the way to go vs taking them straight.

Wow! You're right -- it's an insane video! Belay, anyone? I was actually thinking about checking out some local indoor rock climbing one weeknight sometime soon. (I figure the activity would be a good counterpoint to the arm strength I'm developing through pole dancing.) I've previously climbed in Seattle but not around here. Any interest?

Omega 3 supplements

I have been experimenting lately with omega 3 fish oil supplements but am finding that they are bothering my stomach. Does anyone have any experience with these and any suggestions for brands that are easy to digest?
