Mike, I know you're flat out busy but when's your last treatment, or two, with Andy?.. we're all eagerly awaiting the results of this "Quest for Relief!" ;-). Keep us posted...

Thanks Mike, we'll look forward to the results, hopefully, soon! In the meantime, I'll go ahead and post a Forum question on whether anyone else has had any experience treating IT Band Syndrome (I know Usma just got it but I don't think she's yet started to treat it). Good luck with it, those peaks await (await you, not me, that is).

Mike, welcome to the Modern Athlete Network! Wow, Mountaineering!..you might be the first Member to list that as a hobby. But, do you train by breathing out of straw, like Sean Burch ;-) (http://www.seanburch.com/website%20-%20sean%20burch/index.htm). Seriously, you're one of the few Members who is being treated with A.R.T./Graston - and by Andy Smith (http://www.modernathletes.com/profile/AndySmithDC), the great practitioner I use, at that. I also know you're almost at the point where you will know the results of that treatment, as the IT Band treatment didn't solve the problem but it might turn out to be Biceps Femoris Tentonitis instead. Either way, I hope you'll write a M.A.N. blog entry about your expierience when you're done. Thanks, and we'll all look forward to seeing you and your Mountaineering buddies here!

P.S. take a look at Andy Smith's description of Fibrosis, how it causes problems for all of us and how he removes it, if you haven't already seen it (http://www.modernathletes.com/profiles/blog/show?id=1669140%3ABlogPost%3A1141)

What is a Hostel ?

This is my first blog post and i would enjoy to write a few sentences about hostels. Hostels are a magnificent method to see the world on a budget. From the cheapest to the more grand there is something to accommodate every preference and budget. The important thing about hostels is that tons of university students flock to them as they are cheap and enjoyable so there is all the time lots of student travelers around to party with!
